Ready to submit an application?
Complete our online event application form if you've discussed your event with our team and your application is ready to lodge. You will need:
- Your event details as outlined in the form below or our application guide - things like bump in dates and times, estimated attendance, temporary structures and so on
- Draft event site plan to upload (PDF format)
- Draft event management plan to upload (PDF format)
- A certificate of incorporation to upload if you are a charity or not for profit organisation (PDF format)
- A Visa or Mastercard for payment of the non-refundable $225 application fee ($75 for charity or not for profit organisations) +GST
